Do I need a new website?
Probably not. If it loads, looks like your business and brings in calls, stay. If it’s slow on a phone or the monthly bill keeps climbing, I’ll show you the numbers and you decide.
Do I have to give you my password?
No. Wix lets an owner invite someone to edit without sharing the login. You can remove me the day the work is done.
I can’t get into the site at all.
That’s common. Wix only hands an account back to the owner who can prove it, so that part comes from you. I tell you what to send and stay on it until you’re back in.
You’re in Ohio. I’m not.
That’s fine. Wix work is done from a desk, so it doesn’t matter where you are. The free visit happens on the phone.
