How do I fix my Google Business Profile?
Most fixes are free and take an evening. Run the free audit to see what yours needs.
The first visit is free: 30 minutes at your place. You leave with the first three things I’d fix. No obligation.

The short answer
Claim it, correct it, then keep it current.
Sign in at business.google.com and claim the listing if you haven’t. Then fix the hours, phone and website, pick the category that says what you do, add real photos, and ask happy customers for a review. All of that is free. If you’d rather I do it, the tune-up is $150 flat.

The free fixes
Do these tonight.
- Claim it. If Google shows a listing you can’t edit, request ownership instead of making a second one. Two listings split your reviews.
- Hours, phone and website. Check each one. If you have no website, paste your Facebook page or your booking link into the website field.
- Category. Pick the one that names what you sell, then add your services.
- Photos. Your storefront, your work and your people. Real ones, from your phone, are fine.
- Reviews. Ask every happy customer the week of the job. Answer each review, good or bad.

Questions.
Why does Google say my business is closed?
Anyone can suggest an edit, and Google sometimes accepts it. Claim the listing, correct it, and check it each month.
Why can’t people find my business on Google?
Usually the listing is unclaimed, the category is wrong, or the address or service area is missing. The free audit checks your listing and website and shows what it found.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
No one can promise that. What I can do is make sure everything Google reads about you is complete and correct.
What does the $150 tune-up include?
I claim or correct the listing, set the hours, phone, website, category and services, and add your photos. It is a flat price.
