Can you promise I’ll never get a letter?
No. I’m not a lawyer, and I won’t sell you a badge or a certificate. You get a dated, written list of the barriers I found and the fixes I made.
Does it matter who built my site?
No. I check the site you have now, whoever built it.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. You invite me as a user on your website and remove me when we’re done. Your OK comes before anything on the site changes.
