How do I get my business software to work together?
Your card reader, your books, your calendar and your inbox, wired so a job is typed in once. You keep every account.
The first visit is free: 30 minutes at your place. You leave with the first three things I’d fix. No obligation.

The short answer
Connect what you already pay for. Most jobs are $199 or $350.
I start with the software you already have. Picking and setting it up is $350. Card payments and invoices, or online booking, is $199 each. Most of what is on this page is one of those jobs.
When two tools can’t talk on their own, I build the connection: a customer portal from $2,500, or custom business software from $5,000. You get that price in writing before I start. Care for what I build starts at $150 a month.
At the free visit we count the minutes you retype each week. If the fix isn’t worth it to you, I’ll say so.

What gets connected
Typed once, everywhere it needs to be.
- The tools owners around here use. Square, Clover, QuickBooks, Wave, Gusto, Gmail, Google Calendar, Facebook and booking apps like Vagaro and Booksy. Use something else? Text me the names of the apps you use and I’ll check what can connect. Never send a password.
- Sales to your books. Square or Clover sales and fees land in QuickBooks without retyping.
- Booking to your calendar. A booking on your website or Facebook shows up on the crew calendar, with a reminder text to the customer.
- Quotes to invoices. The quote the customer approves becomes the invoice, and the payment link goes with it.
- Your inbox and your phone. Leads from your site, Google and Facebook arrive in one place, and a missed call gets a text back.
- Your numbers on Monday. Sales, labor and who owes you, pulled from the tools you already use into one page.
Questions.
Will this mess up my books?
It shouldn’t. You check the first week of entries before we leave it running, and I go over it with your bookkeeper or accountant if you want.
What does a typical job cost?
Most of the jobs on this page are $350 to pick and set up the software, or $199 for card payments or online booking. Custom work from $2,500 or $5,000 is only for when nothing on the market can do it, and you get that price in writing first.
Do I have to switch software?
Usually not. I start with what you already pay for and switch something only when it saves you money or time, and I tell you which before I touch it.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Every account stays in your name, you keep every password, and you can switch any connection off in a day.
What does it cost to keep running?
Care for software I build starts at $150 a month. Simple set-ups need nothing monthly from me.
Do you fix connections someone else set up?
Yes. If a link between your tools broke or never worked right, I find out why and fix it, or tell you it is not worth fixing.
